Hi everyone, it would be great if you know how to solve this problem, When I want to search issues of company-managed project with log work criteria the application says - "Log work is not applicable for this project"
Welcome to the community. In addition to what @Jack Brickey mentioned, you should also check to ensure if "Time Tracking" field is added to your JSM project.
Hope this helps.

Your image pasted to your response to @Jack Brickey indicates "Log Work" field is not exposed to your project in question. Therefore, you cannot enable (checked) for searching using the Basic search mode.
Can you take a screenshot of the entire basic search screen? Because when searching using "Basic Search" mode, your other search criteria can also affect your ability to add more specific fields to search from.
Best, Joseph

It is working only in my Team-Managed Software project. Issue only related with Company-Managed and JSM projects

@Nurlan Guliyev , thanks for sharing the screenshot. Note the screenshot seems to indicate that you don't have time tracking enabled for your project. Is that what you're trying to resolve? I was thrown off a bit by the question about "searching".
if you want to configure time tracking for your CMP project please reference this document - configure-time-tracking and see if it gets you where you need to be. If not please advise where you run into issues.
