Technically, you can add loads, but you will find pages begin to slow down if you go too high. 

A cascading select is their to accommodate options based on option, as the first layer helps break up the results a load, but still, if you're hitting more than 20 in either side, users are going to struggle.

Can you plz give me suggestion on whether we can load 7000+ cascade value or not?
