We have new requirements for adding a single service request to multiple projects. Our main goal is to create a single service request form that is accessible from multiple projects. Could you please assist us with this configuration?
Hi @jira a , are you saying that you want to create an issue in multiple projects when a Customer opens a request in a specific project? If so you could use Automation to create related issues in the other project. It would help to better understand your use case to be able to assist further if needed.
