Can we use single service request into multiple projects

We have couple of questions regarding Jira service management.

1. We have a new requirement to add a single service request into multiple projects.

Our main moto is to create a single service request form and make it accessible from multiple projects.

2.  It is possible to maintain nested portal groups within a portal group.

You can't use the single service request into multiple projects. For each project, you need to create separate service request.
