Hallo
I need some help here.
We in out company have at Jira site, where we get our IT tickets in, both from inside the company and outside the company.
It is working fine, but the customer's admin, would like to see all the tickets from there company. I think this would not be so difficult to make, just a role that give them only access to the tickets from their company. But after looking around our settings, I can't see where I can give them only this access.
So they don't need to see all the tickets we get, only tickets from their own company.
Is this something you can do?
You can make Issue Security Scheme. It can make what you want. It's made on Project level.
You have to make new scheme, set there different levels of access (who can see issues), add groups or project roles to levels, and then add security levels to issues.
More information can be found here:

Thank you for that. Another question.
Is it possible to se the issue security scheme to only apply on a specific Label or Organization?
The tickets are in the same project, and would like not to split these up to two deferent projects

Issue security sheme is not global, so you can use it only in one needed Project.
How I made it in my project:
I made different levels, for different roles, and when Customer Request is created, issue security level is applied automatically (it's field is hidden in Request form).
And of course you can use @John Funk advice, it's another way to solve your question.

Hi Bjarke,
You should be able to add an Organization to your project. Then add the user to the Organization. Then they should see all tickets that get created for that Organization.
