Hi,
I added a IT service desk general type project, I have a custom workflow that is added, but I cannot change the name of the status to match my workflow on Boards. Nothing comes up when I click three dots . Any help is appreciated. The goal is the change to column names to match our custom workflow.
It appears that there may be a bug, as I am experiencing the same issue.
I have opened a ticket with Atlassian Support, and let you know as soon as they reply.
Best regards
Sam
Hi @Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_
And I think there has been an update on boards, as you now have the option "Group By"
I noticed that this replaced the swim lane setting on a board, even on a configurable board.
This update can also caused the config option of a JSM board.
As it was possible to configure the statues on the board columns.
I urge you to contact Atlassian Support on this issue.

I seem to remember there is aboard option on a JSM project, but this board is not configurable.
It only shows 3 default columns based on status category in JIra

Would you know which type of Service desk project has configurable board option?

No type of JSM project.
Boards on JSM projects are just not configurable.

@Revathi Nukala I have used the General service management for IT teams. But this isn't the case on why this is not working for you. Like I've mentioned within my answer, try different browser, try incognito, clear cache. Another thing, open your browser developer console, try to click on the three dots again and see if there are any errors.
More tools > Dev tools - this is for the Chrome browser

@Nikola Perisic no console error when I am checking dev tools. Did not work in incognito mode or different browser

Hello @Revathi Nukala
Are you the board admin for this project? If yes, try different browser, start in incognito and clear your cache and try again.

@Revathi Nukala Have you tried using different browser, incognito mode, cache clearing? If none of the options is not working, this is something that needs to be addressed to Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/
