When I try to raise a ticket via Assist in Teams, I get the following error:
Assist (Create ticket with Assist)
Unable to raise request
You've tried to raise a request, but your team does not have an agent team set. Reach out to Rick Brown and have them complete the setup.
I have agents set up, it works raising any other way, just not with Assist.
Any ideas?
Resolved; I was creating the request channel before the triage.

When you set up the Assist bot you first have to create a 'Triage Channel'.
I created a 'Request Channel' first and thats why I had this problem.
