Dear Community,
I checked today, and under our JSM project/Customers appeared all our team. We didn't invite them. Now I have a huge list there, which I cannot delete.
I went to People/delete customers, but there it is not even showing anyone from that list.
Please advise how to delete them, as well as if for example customer didn't recieved invite mail to join JSM, or deleted that mal, and I want to resent the invite, how I should do it?
Thanks in advance!
Hi!
With all the layout changes, it has been tough to find the option and it was by chance.
So go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ > Products
On the left panel, select your site under Sites and Products, and then Portal-only customers under the section Jira Service Management.
From here you'll get the whole list of customers with the abilities to export it and to delete accounts.
Best!
Hello @Arevik Hakobyan,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When customers and internal users appear on the Customers’ list without anyone adding, it means that the project is open to anyone.
Also, when this permission is enabled it’s not possible to remove them from the project.
To fix this problem, please, go to Project settings > Customer permissions (company-managed) or Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions (team-managed) and change the access to “Customers added by agent and admins” > Save.
Once you do that, only customers and users manually added will show on the list.
Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Angélica

Dear Community,
This problem is not solved, since there is no way to delete a customer account from Jira Service Management.
