Is there really no way to change the Sender Name?
We just have broad names for the project, like Facilities, Technology and People since the portal itself has company branding but then that means that from in emails just shows those names which isn’t very descriptive in the mix of daily emails.

You can modify the template of how the notifications are sent to customers.

I believe I’ve read through this and unless I missed something, there are options to change the Portal Name to the Agents Name but nothing to just change the Sender Name to anything like “Service Desk 123” for example.
