Hello,
Our organization is looking to integrate Comm100 chat bot to our Jira Service Management (Data Center) instance.
This will be a one way incoming connection since we only want Comm100 to read Jira's data.
We are having a hard time setting up the OAuth2.0 connection.
Has anyone else been able to establish a successful connection yet to Comm100 via JSM?
There is no direct connection between both. Unfortunately, with the level of information provided, we are not able to see where the issue may be. I have successfully setup an Oauth2.0 connection with no issues.
Please refer to below official guide:

Please do not forget to accept this answer in case it helps you resolve your issue as it may help other community members in the future.

Hello Eugenio,
Thank you for your answer.
The link you have provided includes deprecated steps to set up a mail server.
I followed this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/link-to-other-applications-938846918.html and through that link, I followed these steps to configure an incoming link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configure-an-incoming-link-1115659067.html
I'm confused if I need to do anything else? Does the Comm100 administrator need any other information from Jira's side? I was confused about what to enter for the "Redirect Link" section. We just entered the relative link of the Comm100 page. There aren't any detailed instructions indicating what we need for the redirect link. What did you enter?
