Please provide more information on your ask.  For example - What operation/page loading are you trying to do (i.e. Accessing issue view from the project UI etc..)?  Do you third party add-ons that may be contributing to the loading page issue?

@Joseph Chung YinDashboard with Gadgets. No, we have not any gadgets for change dashboards or change UI with Dashboards. On the dashboard 14 filter results gadgets. But it doesnt metter, cause even login page I can see this:

Hi Tony:

Thanks for the update.  A few things that you may want to consider:

1) Instead of having just one Dashboard with all 14 filters gadgets, the better design idea will be breaking the dashboard into multiple dashboards with fewers filter gadgets on each of them.  Based on my experience/knowledge that having just one dashboard for many gadgets on it makes the users to scroll up/down or across to see the data, and this is not ideal.  The key usage of the dashboard is to target what key data that you wanted to present to the to the audience.

2) Have you work with your Jira admins to conduct performance tuning against the server env?  Take a look at the following reference link on performance tuning - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/server-optimization-938847889.html
