I've already added the necessary TXT DNS record to authorise/authenticate my Organization. The validation was successful.
I've also successfully added an SPF record.
I'm trying to configure my DNS so that DKIM is enabled (and so that I can use a custom email account to send emails from Helpdesk as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain-900996548.html).
However, having added the DKIM records (Name: s1._domainkey, Data: s1._domainkey.atlassian.net. and Name: s2._domainkey Data: s2._domainkey.atlassian.net. ) the validation tool is both crashing ("Unknown server error without description jira-cloudconfluence-cloud") and not giving any useful feedback (dev tools informs me that the DKIM check has failed).
Any help appreciated?
Kind regards,
Gordon
Hi all,
we are facing the same issue!
Is there anyone able to support us?
Best regards
Markus
At the moment we are trying to test our domain with the validation tool (domain-checkt.atlassian.com)
It seems like there is a bug.
Our Domain starting with a digit is getting the error message "Unkown Server Error" (though its already verified)
We've tried other domains. If they are not starting with a digit we are getting a different error message (DNS settings are missing)
If you are starting the same domain with any digit, it end ups in a "Unkown server error"
To sum up:
Every test (starting with a digit) ends up in the error message "Unkown Server Error"
Every test starting with a letter ends up in the error message "DNS settings are missing"

Los tienes que ingresar en tu administrador de DNS (GoDaddy por ejemplo). Yo ya hice todo el proceso y me funcionó muy bien.
