Tenemos la necesiada de que las notificaciones que se haga a un usuario final que nos envía una solicitud, solo se envíe cuando crea el ticket y cuando se cierra o se resuelve el ticket, por lo tanto las notificaciones de cambia de estado intemedias no se envíe, solo las de cambio de estado.
Como se puede personalizar de esta forma?

When it comes to customer notifications, it’s possible to disable and enable them.
You can find this option on Project settings > Customer notifications (company-managed projects) or Project settings > Notifications > Customer notifications (team-managed projects).
On this page, you can disable the notifications that you don’t want customers to receive.
Note that, this will affect all customers from the project, it’s not possible to disable it for specific tickets or specific customers.
