Copy customer notifications to another projekt?

Hi,

Is it possible to somehow copy customer notifications from one project to another in Jira Service Desk Cloud?

Hello Catrine and welcome to Atlassian Community!

Customer notification is specific for each project, so it's not possible to share or copy all the notifications to another project.
In this case, if you want to use the same format and the same text, you will have to copy and paste the text one by one.
