Create New Issue V3 Connector not working from copilot studio

We are using Copilot Studio and created an Agent Bot in Copilot Studio, we have added the following JIRA connectors such as Create a New Issue(V3) connector which is not working, it is giving error 400 error, other connectors such as Get issue by Key(v2), add comment(V2) are working fine. Is there any problem with the connector?

According to documentation from MS, this is on their side:

"When using connector actions with custom agents, you may encounter an HTTP error code 400 with the message Error Code: 400, Error Message: Bad Request. This error occurs when the request from the connector to the service returns too much data. Copilot Studio limits connector responses to 500 KB. This may happen whether the connector is configured for a specific topic or as an agent-wide action.

If you experience this issue, you need to take steps to filter the responses returned to the connector. You can do this by configuring the inputs to the connector action so that the service returns only the data the agent really needs to respond to the user's request."

Could you please share any KB articles suggesting the above information.  Not sure why the other connectors (Get Issue Key (V2), Add Comment (V2) work fine without specifying any details.

why does the V2 work and not the V3?

How are the number of returns filtered on the V2?
