Create a List of Approver using Select List (single choice)

I have created a list of approvers using a select list (single choice) to cater to our users using Slack which easy for our team to create a request and have limited choices on the approver's list. 

My problem is that the approver never got an email notification to approve the request.

Hi @marvene ,

You should create Approvers custom field of type User Picker (single user). After creating, you need to create field context and add user filtering.

Follow below steps:

1. Create a group on user management and add the users that you want customers to be able to select.
2. Create a custom field "User Picker (single user)".
3. Add the field to the necessary screen.
4. Back to the custom fields' page, on the right side of the field you have just created, click on  > "Contexts and default value"
5. Click on Edit User Filtering.
6. Check the box "Enable group or project role filtering", then on "Add filters" select "Group" and the group you created.
7. Click on Add and then Save.

Please note: You can create different contexts for different projects.

I cannot use this in Slack. It does not choose the approvers based on the filter.
