Creative Method for Escalating Notifications

Good morning! I suspect that there is no easy answer to this but thought it would not hurt to ask. Maybe someone has a creative solution or recommendation.

I am looking for a method that allows me to escalate/increase the attention to a particular type of issue.  For example, if a Highest priority alert is submitted, I can push this out to mobile app or to Teams so that it cannot be missed or ignored.

The goal is to try to the notification unmissable (that's not a word, I know).

(I know Jira can integrate with Teams but it does not have a method to set the message's urgency)

I believe that's possible. But you would definitely need an automation for this.
