I need to send an email to customer when the status of an issue changes to specific status.
I have created custom notification...
... with this configuration
But the emails that should be generated are not being received.
Is there something wrong or something missing?

You have used Legacy automation.
This is not working anymore, you will need to create an automation rule, using the automation option in the Automation section.
So the notification list seen in the screenshot will no longer work or is it just for the custom notification?
