Custom Field with Asset Object display another field in the Object Type

This is driving me crazy and I'm so close. 

Object Schema = Employee

Object Type: Department/Cost Center

In my Object type Department/Cost Center I have the following fields

Key

Business

Name (Identifier)

Program Area 

In the configuration I have put

Allow search filtering by these attributes: "Business"

Object Attributes to display on work items view: "Business"

Display a default object when this field appears in a customer portal: Yes

It will only display Name (Identifier).  How do I change it to display Business and not Name?

Hi @Janice Luu , from your description it looks like you are on the right track. Is it possible to make a screenshot of what your field configuration looks like and how you see it on the portal?

If you want to see it on the portal you need to add Bussines to Display these attributes in the portal request details view

I have attached the screenshot, I believe display on customer portal = business is what I want, but as you can see it still display the name field
