Hi Experts
As we all know ticket search is not good in JIRA ServiceDesk Customer portal - right now if we specifically provide issue number with key(IT-123) - it searches while it doesn't if we only provide number(e.g. 123), also we cannot search by Customer login, name etc - as it searches in Summary.
If anyone has done the same - please guide.

Hello,
You can check out our addon - Advanced Portal Reports. In the next release, due this month, we will have search by all custom fields too. Meanwhile you can explore the other features like showing custom fields, sorting, showing of additional fields on issue view page, export to Excel, etc.
