Custom field: Quality response shows only undefined

After update plugins:
custom field Quality response shows undefined

Everything worked fine before, but now there is only ' undefined'. and not the objects ' ok ' and ' not ok'.

Checked everything; Digital Assets / Objects.

Everything looks fine, do i miss something ?

What type of field is this? A standard select list, or something provided by an App?

It's a Insight Object/s used as custom field.
