HI,
How can I Make custom or system fields mandatory in certain phases in the workflow
for example when user open issue I don't want to add all fields in the issue create screen but after creation when someone assigned to the issue some filed become visible to him and he have to fill it ?
Hello,
For this take a look at Conditions and Validators
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/#Add-a-condition
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/#Add-a-validator
Some Marketplace apps (JSU, JMWE ...) add extra types of Conditions (Fields required, etc ...).

Mohamed,
Why don't you remove those fields from the Create screen then (Screen scheme)?

I add the filed to edit/viewscreen but it didn't appear in the form of the agent to work on the issue and I have to edit the form and give it value to make the filed visible cause the filed doesn't have any value yet . so I make it hidden in creation form and give him default value
what I want is to make the file visible in the view screen without setting value in the create screen :(
Hope I descripted it well

Hi,
In Server, there is no way of showing a field that has no value.
