Is there an option where customer who is logged in the Help Center to view all submitted tickets?
When logged in, on the top right corner, next to your avatar is requests which you can choose between - 'created by me' and 'all'.
When selecting 'all' it's not displaying anything even though I select everything in the filters.
Please help! Thanks!
The "All" you are seeing are all tickets created by you or tickets that have been shared with your user.
If there is no ticket that has been shared with your customer user, then the empty list view is correct.
You really can't see all help center tickets, only tickets created by you and those shared with you.
