I would like to be able to provide a report to certain leaders (who may not have a JSM license) regarding the actual satisfaction comments agents are receiving. We have already utilized the standard satisfaction comment workflow and don't want to create a custom field for satisfaction comments so that we can use automation. That was a workaround listed in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4317.
I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a solution. TIA
Hi @Sonya Petkunas,
With the Issue Filter Formula and Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app, you can track these numbers and display them on your Jira dashboards or Confluence pages in various ways.
Unfortunately, the comments themselves cannot be listed, but you might want these numbers also useful to share.
This app offers many other gadgets that you can use in Jira Service Management. See also this blog article.

Thank you,

I am looking for the same thing - I want to show the comments in the dashboard. The customer satisfaction responses for our teams is a HUGE driver for them adopting JSM.
I see the only place I can currently see the comments is in the Reports view of the JSM project, as noted above, and I can't pull them into a JQL filter. Which is probably why your hands are tied. @Dan Breyen can you help us with this request and make that comment field reportable?? please??

@Tricia Savage _External_ have you voted for those three Suggestions? Also, if you can add a comment as to how your business is affected, that might help too. I'm a Jira user myself, so I voted for and added a comment as well.

There is the built in Satisfaction report in JSM. The challenge is there's no easy way to print it! I was just looking at it again. I'd like to print it myself, Many other reports have an Export to CSV, but not this one.
Found these JSM issues. I'd suggest to vote for and watch these Atlassian issues:

thanks for digging them up. Just up voted them all. This is the 2nd time in a week that I have thrown my vote in the dusty pile for almost 10 year old requests related to JSM!
