Is it possible to restrict the format of the user name for a portal customer in JSM?
I see more often usernames like 'MIKE JARED POSNER JR III'. Huge and all screaming uppercase formated usernames. Id like to know if its possible to restrict that to normal capitalized convention of username, more like "Mike Jared Posner". Is it possible? What if the customer will start input usernames like "Mik3 JaReD P0ZZn3r"?

I am not aware of a way to restrict those names. They are entered by the user. You might be able to update them after they are created.
