Customer not receiving invitation to portal

Hi folks,

I have set up a new project and added my customers (like I normally do). Two customers are not receiving the invitations to the portal. I have removed them and added them again, but to no avail.

I have had this issue before, but the issue is normally resolved when I remove and add the user again. This time this is not working.

I have checked my notification settings and the invitation email has been set up. From what I can see, all settings are correct.

Please help. I am getting very frustrated.

Hi @Melanie Visser 

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-750562

Please let us know the specific email addresses of those users you are trying to invite by posting them to that support ticket.  That way our support team can take a closer look to investigate if perhaps one or both of these addresses are within a suppression list that our Cloud services operate.  If they are, our support team can remove them which should allow you to then resend the invites after.
