I would like to ask a couple of questions about the Jira Service Management customer portal.
1. Can customers see only requests they raised and requests shared with their organization, or they can see other customers' (other organisations) requests too ?
2. Is there a way I can prevent customers from enetring the main help center andlimit them only to see portal of projects they are added to ?

1. Customers can only see tickets as per follows-
2. Yes you can limit customers to project they can view on customer portal. If you go to your jira service management project > Customers and see list of all the customers that can view the project on customer portal.
