We have two different service desk projects for two very different products. It seems that customers from one service desk also appear in the list of customers of the other one and thus polluting the list. Is this normal and can this be fixed in some way?
@Thomas de Nooij, this isn't normal but can happen if the customers, when added are shared w/ the other projects. One thing to check is whether you are using Organizations and if the Organization representing one company is listed in the project associated w/ the other company.
@Jack Brickey, Could it also have to do with how customers are added? I.e. if they sign themselves up using the portal? Do you know if I somehow can delete the customer from one project, but leave them in the other one?

I have tested some stuff: if I go to the portal of one project and sign up there, the new customer is added to both projects despite I explicitly went to the portal of the project. Als after the newly created customers logs in, it shows the correct portal of that customer and not the other one.
Also if I add a new customer as an agent in the Customers section of one project, the customer also appears in the other project. I did not yet assign any organisations yet.

Hi, We are having the same problem. We have a service desk 1 that is showing a huge amount of customers, that are sat outside of the organization. Why? How can we remove these from the list, there is no remove icon?
When we open the organization on Service Desk 1 the correct 2 customers are shown.
Also we have one unique customer on service desk 2 that can also see Service Desk 1 even though they have not been physically added to Service desk 1. They do appear in the list of customers though, that are sat outside of the organisation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
