Hi,
normally here are all customers are listed, which belong to the project (Screenshot).
Since some days all customers except one are gone. Why? Where are they? I didn´t do any changes on this project!
Jira Servicemanagement seems to work as designed anyway, there are no error messages or other problems. But I´m wondering where all of the customers have gone.
Can you please tell me how I can restore this?

It's possible that you, or another project admin has changed the settings on your project:
If e.g. on the above setting you select "Customer added to this service project only by agents and admins", then all the customers who might already had access from the 1st setting, will be "lost" (in the sense that they will stop having access to this project).

It is bvery strange. Please, as JIRA Admin, check the audit log https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/ in order to verify if someone has removed them.

Thanks for recommending the audit log. I didn't know this page so far.
Unfortunatelly there are no hints of the vanished costumers on the audit log.
It's very strange. I keep searching for an answer to this problem.
