is there a way on SD Customer Portal to allow customer to add coordinators after the ticket was created.
Also a possibility for one coordinator to add another?

A customer can share the ticket with somebody:
Once shared the other person (coordinator) can share it with another person.

Not exactly.
When client creates ticket he can select coordinators from a field:
BUT after ticket was created, customer can only see the list of coordinators, can not add more. I am looking for a way to give a customer ability to add more coordinators AFTER ticket was created:

so you're looking for option "Edit". Unfortunately, it's not possible in cloud version - natively or using apps.

But I can easily edit same task through Jira..

I know but in this situation is editing issue (not a request) as an agent. It's weird... Unfortunately, development on cloud has got a lot of technical limitations. We have this solution (app Actions) but only for server/data center.
