Does JIRA Service Management include ITSM license?

I'm setting up an ITSM template and would like to know if there is any extra cost to use the Insight CMDB?

You need to go to a premium subscription to get Insight enabled (there's nothing to install, just upgrade the subscription and it'll bounce into life)

Insight is part of Premium which is added cost over Standard. Of course there are additional benefits of premium beyond Insight capabilities.

If you have licensed for JSM then ITSM and Insight Asset Management Plugin is free of Cost.
