Hi Team,
We have created a JSM project in our organization and added 3 approval stages.
So how do the approvals work ?
I don't want him as agents, I want to give him a access to our organization group. Will it be working ?
or
if I add him in the project as user, will he get approvals.
As per our concern, we created forms for customers to submit and there itself, we are mentioning the approvers list. So is there any way to achieve it ?
Because we have more than 300+ approvers for 3 different approvals. So help us in this ?
Hi Santhosh,
Yes, you can have non-agents be able to be Approvers and approve JSM issues.
May I know how to set up the environment or what would be the role for the approver to show in the list of approver @John Funk
It is a Jira Service Management Project and created a request form in which we are giving the details of approvers in a list whereas the customer be able to choose the approver by themselves. So this way we want to do.
Moreover,, We want to add them and they just can view the request and approve in approve page. Not more than that. So we don't want him act him as agent.
Please let us know if there is any way for achieving it in steps @John Funk

Hi - Just use the Approvers field for those who can approve the issue. You do not have to be an Agent to be in that field or to approve.
