Hi All,
Using the data center version, I'm creating a form that the end-user will complete and submit. Their request will go through several departments in a particular order and Jira issues will be created for additional teams. The end-user may have updates to some of the fields on the form and they need a way to make those edits instead of just putting a comment on the issue.
I'm hoping there is an add-on that would allow the submitter to update the fields on the initial form and then have whatever changes they've made be migrated out to the appropriate issues that were created upon submission.
Thanks for any guidance or suggestions!
Forms are included with JSM. Project settings > Forms, build out your form and make sure to turn on Keep form open so that anyone can edit and submit it after the issue is created in the form settings.
In the portal they will see an edit button for the form
Thank you for the quick response, @Riley Sullivan . We are using the Data Center version. Will that version also have this ability?

Apologies, I missed your jira-service-management-server label and should've seen that.
I was able to find this similar situation that lets you use a Lite version, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Forms-Questions/Forms-in-Jira-Service-Management-Data-Center/qaq-p/2099770.
Atlassian did buy ProForma recently, so it might eventually be similar to the Jira Cloud experience in the future. But I am not sure, that is wishful thinking on my part for you and others that use Data Center :)

No apologies needed, @Riley Sullivan . I truly appreciate any direction and now I know that when we do go to the Cloud, I'll have that option. :) Thank you again!
