I would like to provide customers with certain documents, when they fill in a request in the customer help Portal.
For example:
When customers want to report a bug to our 1st lvl, they are to do it in a specific way, for this we would like to provide the customer with a Word-File, which is preconfigured and prefilled with certain Information, in which the customer only Needs to add a couple of screenshots and descriptions. This document is then to be attached to the request itself, before sending it in.
I hope someone can help me, I tried finding something on the Marketplace, but didn't find anything useful.

Well you could add a downloadlink into the description.
Something like this:

I pitched the Idea to my boss and he wasn't convinced, that our customers are able to copy a link and paste it in the browser to download a file, What kind of a field are you using in the picture? Is it possible to just click on the field to open the link or do you need to copy the link to be able to open it?
