On our JIRA service desk channel portal, we are getting different URL which redirects to same page with a slight different design. Following is a snap of breadcrumb on our service desk portal:
Service desk has created two URLs for same page(OS Help Desk/OS Help Desk). Both have same content with slight different design and an additional /2 added to the URL.
As it is quite misleading to our users, we would like to have only one URL on the breadcrumb. How this can be achieved?
providing the URLs could help to understand the problem.
From looking at your screenshot my first impulse would be saying that the "Help Center" and the "Portal" is named identically - "OS Help Desk".
In order you could double check if this is the case and provide the (feel free to anonymize them) URLs it would be great.
Regards,
Daniel
What do you mean "getting different url"? What have you done that presents a single portal on two urls (Cloud doesn't do that itself)

We have few articles which resides on confluence. These pages are linked to Knowledge base. Apart from that everything is what comes out of the box from Service desk.
Would it help if i provide you our portal link?
