2 Service Desk Projects with separate email addresses but duplicate tickets.

I have a client that created a 2nd Service Desk Project in Cloud, both have different email addresses associated to it and the request type for both emailed requests are different.

I have only 1 Incoming Mail Handler and 1 Mail server.

If I send a request to Project A then the ticket appears in the queue for Project A.
If I send a request to Project B then a ticket appears in the queue for both Project A and B.

Can't figure out what I'm missing that is causing this.
Any suggestions would be great.

Hello,

Have a look at the query of this queue in Project A? Does it take tickets from both projects?
What the JQL query for this queue in Project A?

JQL is the same for both:
resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY "Time to resolution" ASC

Since they are separate projects they only show the tickets associated to each.
