On the customer portal (service desk), if a user selects a value from a check box, update the display name of another field. I know you can manually update the display names under the Request Types in the Project Configuration.
Note 1: The behaviours are not for this, they only work on the jira side not customer portal.
Note 2: Dynamic Forms doesn't do that either.
In the image, if user selects the checkbox value marked in red, update the display name of the next field marked in blue. Is this possible?
It is not possible to achieve your goal as stated at least out of the box. However I wonder if a cascading field might meet your needs?
Cascading field as in Dynamic forms? That only lets you show a field based on a selection, I haven't seen any way to update the display name that way.
