Email style not working to some users

Some users are encounter issue on email style like heading 1, heading 3 and others, it's not working on their side.

Please advise anything that we could check.

Hi @Ken Loh ,

Change the Email Type to change the format (plain text or HTML) in which Jira sends its outgoing email notifications.

thank you for your replied. I have changed mine to Text but still able to send with HTML format.

Can these mailboxes receive other non-Atlassian emails and display correctly in HTML mode?

It's happened to one ticket, email style is not working on reply/reply to all/forward, somehow it's look like changed to Text format instead of HTML.

If I used Compose New Email, then it's working. Any thing that I can check it?

We have tested, if reply from first email/original email that registered the issue and that email was written in non-English, then email style is not working.

Could it be reason of this?
