Error 500

Hello,

I am trying to migrate a jira server to Jira cloud. I have already made a Jira cloud environment, but when I am trying to start the migration it fails.

After accessing the 'migrate to cloud' menu I am trying to associate the two environments. After entering the two URLs and trying to confirm the process of 'Chose your destination cloud site' an error appears directly. I will attach a screenshot of the error.

A little bit of help will be much appreciated.

Before you migrate, Please Increase the JVM values to Avoid this issue and also the pre-checks from the Atlassian JCMA documents.

Please Stop the Jira then Increase the JVM value then start the Jira server.
