Recently I'm having trouble downloading attachments from the knowledge base.
I describe below the situation in which the problem arises for me:
In a Jira Servide Desk project, I have linked a space which acts as a knowledge base for my clients.
In the Confluence page I insert files from:
2. I drag the file and insert it in the page.
3. I publish the page, this already I have it categorized in the section base of knowledge of the project of Jira Service Desk.
4. I access the knowledge base as a client, I go to the corresponding section, once there I try to download the attached document, a new tab opens returning to the page where I was and the document is not downloaded anywhere.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about what type of file you are attaching to the page.
Testing on my local site, I was able to save images and download PDFs, that's why it's important to know what is the type of the file.
Is it happening to any file extension?
What browser are you using? Have you tested using another one?
