Error message during setup of a sandbox

I have made a sandbox, now I have this remarks "2 imported groups need your review. To finish migration, review now" in the top of my admin screen.

I try to do the review but get the message:

Hi Evert,

I understand that you are getting this error when trying view the sandbox.  The sandbox can only be created by a site-admin account.  However when looking at the account you used to post this message in Community, that account is not a site-admin on the source site.

Hence I think there is a problem with the account being used here in order to try to review this.  I would only expect this to work with a site-admin account.  I was able to lookup that group ID and I found this appears to be the group your community account is using on that site.  I would recommend trying to use an incognito/private browser session and then login to your site-admin account.  From there you should then be able to review these messages without error.

Try that and let me know the results.

Hi Andy,

 

I have tried to fix it with an incognito session with the site admin account, but still the same message. I see the error message at the moment I login as admin and go to user management, the appear at the top of my screen. I have made the sandbox several weeks ago, at that moment there were 4 errors, two of them I fixed without problems, but at that moment I don't have the time to fix all of them, and now after several weeks it seems not possible?

I would recommend creating a support case in regards to this.  This way our support team and investigate this sandbox site more in-depth.  You can create this over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact although you will need to do this from a site-admin account, otherwise that support request will redirect here to Community.
