Error when the request is send. Missed security token.

Hi all,

I have an extrange error when the issue is sending.

"Is missed the security token or is not valid. Try to update the web page"

Is the first time that I have seen this error in all my users and is the only user that has this error.

Are you still having the error?  Did you try refreshing the page or logging back into the application?

Yes, I still have this issue.

The actions that I did were:

• Delete the acount user of all jira
• Change the pasword of the user.
• Delete temps files of Chrome
• Try to raise the issue on internet explorer
• Delete temp files of internet explorer

And the user can not reaise a request.

Hi Brant,

That's right. 

The last action I did, was to rew the IP config and the network configuration and it steel not working.
