I have some forms in my portal that should not be a privite request but always shoyld be shared in organization. Can we do this with some automation or configuration

If you mean that the filled-out form from the customer request form should be shared with the organization, then you need to share the issue with the organization, either by setting this default (not recommended) or by having the customer select this option when submitting the request (when organizations are enabled and customers are member of the organization).
How can I share such request by default with the organization?

My customers forgets to share request even if they have big red information "Please share request" :)
