Filter a second attribute based on the first attribute choice

I have two Object Fields, one called Manufacturer and the second called Model.  I would like to have it where a user will choose a manufacturer, like "Apple" and it will show only models that are made by "Apple", like "iPad Pro", "MacBook Pro 16 M1", etc.

Model has a reference back to Manufacturer:

Assuming that you want to do this in a request form, take a look at this guide on how to link two insight custom fields using scope filtering.

Hi Mikael!

Thank you for sending me an option.  I was looking for a solution using the Create Object form, doing this all in Insight.

I haven't thought about using a Form to input data into Insight.  With this suggestion, I would have to create the same number of custom fields that I am creating for my Inventory within Insight.  Unfortunately this looks like additional work which could be an issue later when Atlasssian makes changes or improvements.

So in Insight you cannot do scope filtering, that only works when using the object on a request type. So in that case the answer would that this cannot be done, there is no support for cascading attributes in the Insight form.

Thank you Mikael!  I was thinking that was the case, but with Forms that would be a better solution at this current time.
