When new customer sends an email request to Service Desk, he gets auto-reply with URL to the task. Once customer clicks on the task, he is offered to be registered in Service Desk (put name/surname and password for portal access).
During the process of registration, customer gets email from Help Center with "Sign up" URL to finish his registration in SD. And here is the question - where is it possible to change this email template?

Currently, it's possible to edit only the invitation email on Jira Cloud and it was implemented this year.
