Forms not available in Automation

Hi all, new to Jira so please bear with me.  I created a custom form, tied it to a new Service request, however when I go to automation, and select "Forms Submitted" my custom form is not available.  Just shows any form.  Cannot type in the form name as it doesn't see it.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?  The goal is to have a form for a customer to submit a new user request, which automation would then process.

Well, it seems it was a timing issue.  Went back several minutes later and my form now shows up.  You can disregard. :)

It's not timing, it's caching. I just had this issue for something created the previous day.

When working with JSM, Ctrl-F5 is your friend  :)

@William Bracken -

First of all, Welcome to the community.  When you use the "Form submitted" trigger in your automation, it will list all the FORMs associated with the specific JSM project.  Is your automation rule only for a specific project or it is GLOBAL for multiple projects?

Please advise.
