I created the "forward" status, but I would like to have the option to send the ticket to the queue after that.

Ok, but how have you included that in your workflow, and what do you mean by "send issue to the queue"?

gostaria de enviar para outras filas, o chamado como padrão chega em uma fila, porém gostaria de que pudesse encaminhar para outra.
