Hello team,
I have 2 service management projects, one risk1 and the other risk2 with 2 different portals obviously and each of them with each own form;
Is there a way in the customer portals to categorize them under a Risk category and once clicked then the customer will see risk1 and risk2 accordingly, instead of having the 2 portals in the homepage?
Thanks in advance guys
Best Regards
Hi Michail,
Yes, those are called Portal Groups. Go to Project Settings > Portal Settings
Then there is a Portal Groups tab at the top.
Hi @John Funk
Thank you for your answer.
I am aware of this option inside the portal settings.
But isn't this functioning as group for different forms inside the same project?
What we want to acheive is : we have one project with one portal url and with one form
We have a second project with another portal and another form
Will this option with the groups facilitate our need to have one tile shown in the helpdesk portal where if i click i will eb able to see the 2 tiles of each of those projects?
So what we are looking for is to group the tiles of 2 different portals into one tile which will be hosting both of the 2 project portals; i hope it is clear what we are looking for and i am not confusing you.
Best Regards

You will see two tiles - one for each project - the main Help Desk page. Then you will have to click into one of the projects first.

Hi @John Funk
Apologies to bother you again, but i am not sure yet;
As you mentioned by having 2 projects with 2 portals i will have 2 tiles in the main Help desk page; Is there a way to group those 2 tiles under a tile?
For example i have risk1 project 's portal and risk2 project's portal, which both have from one tile in the main Help desk page; Can i group them somehow under one tile called Risks?
Best Regards

The two would be under the main Help Desk page (more or less a tile) but there is not a level between them and main page.
