Hash error: ZZ05HR

Hi,

lately I've had a user who has noticed some errors happening infrequently when trying to open some of our Jira boards. This first started happening to him over the last few weeks, but it seems like it has started happening more frequently now. When opening some of our various Jira pages, sometimes the screen will error out like:

Something went wrong on our end If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support. Hash ZZ05HR Trace b95e23b009df4a6186b5fc055dda971d Hash ZZ05HR Trace 476e787fba244d1fb7336a637204c0fb

Usually refreshing Chrome will open the board normally on the next attempt.
Has anyone ran into this issue before? If not does anyone know of some good resources for me to start looking into this?

Thanks

@Tylor Seastrum -

Since this is happening only to the one specific user (based on your ask), you may want to do the following -

1) Ask the user to access/conduct the same operations in a incognito session to see if it is a problem with his/her local browser cache or his/her browser extension adds.

2) Is this happening to multiple users too?  If so, then you may want to contact Atlassian Support team for further assistance - https://support.atlassian.com  They can review the backend system logs to see if anything oddity being capture.

I have not seem this specific type of error in our instances.

Hope this helps.
