Hello team, i am looking for a way to give the opportunity to the customer to close the ticket ?

I would like to give the opportunity to the customer to close the ticket, after a solution is given to his problem, instead of the assignee of the ticket closing the ticket.

Hi @Fatoumata Siga Coulibaly 

In the workflow select the transition that you want to show to your customer and check option 

"Show transition in the customer portal"

Hi @Fatoumata Siga Coulibaly, Please check the project permissions and grant the resolve issue permission to the service desk customer portal  user.

Go to project settings> Permissions
